Angelica Nurseries is located on Maryland’s Eastern Shore halfway between Wilmington, Delaware, and the Chesapeake Bay Bridge just off Route 301.
Directions from North
Follow I-95 South to exit 1A, Route 896 South, towards Middletown, Delaware. Route 896 merges with Route 301 South; continue south on Route 301 across the Maryland state line and then for an additional 13 miles to Route 291. Exit Route 291 West. Follow Route 291 for approximately 2 ½ miles to Route 290. Turn right on Route 290 North. Follow Route 290 North 1 mile to Morgnec Road. For the main entrance, turn left onto Morgnec Road, bear right onto Locust Grove Road (Route 444) and look for our entrance on the right side. For truck entrance, see below.
Directions from South
Follow combined Routes 50 East/301 North across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and then Route 301 North after the Route 50 split. Continue 29 miles to Route 291. Exit Route 291 exchange and make a right onto 291 West. Follow Route 291 for approximately 2 ½ miles to Route 290. Turn right onto Route 290 North. Follow Route 290 North 1 mile to Morgnec Road. For the main entrance, turn left onto Morgnec Road, bear right onto Locust Grove Road (Route 444) and look for our entrance on the right side. For truck entrance, see below.
Directions to Truck Entrance
Continue North on Route 290 past Morgnec Road and look for the Angelica Nurseries truck entrance sign just past the large Angelica billboard on the left. Turn left onto the nursery and then bear left towards the loading area. All trucks must register at the Nursery Cargo shipping office upon arrival.
From Wilmington
Follow I-95 South to 896 South toward Middletown, Delaware. Take Route 301 South and proceed to mile marker 120. Just past mile marker 120 make a right onto Maryland Route 290. Proceed 3 miles into the town of Galena. At the traffic light in Galena, make a left onto Route 290/313. Proceed approximately ½ mile and make a right onto Route 290 South. Proceed approximately 3 ½ miles, the truck entrance will be on the right just before the large Angelica billboard.
From Baltimore
Follow Route 301 North and take Route 291 West just past mile marker 112. Proceed for 3 miles and make a right onto Route 290 North. Proceed 1 mile, the truck entrance will be on the left just past the large Angelica billboard.
